The Appraisal

I do not buy or sell jewelry, gemstones or precious metals giving you a strictly unbiased professional appraisal. Your jewelry appraisal is performed according to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), National Association of Jewelry Appraisers NAJA.

Appraisals While You Wait

Your secure appraisal will include an examination, tests and measurements, all of which are performed while you watch. Items stay in your possession at all times, and no items are left with the appraiser unless you request otherwise. In that case, you will be provided with a digital photo receipt detailing the items left for appraisal.

The appraisal report will usually follow within 5 business days. You will be notified if additional research time is needed. The report is in a digital PDF format, allowing the appraisal to be emailed to your insurance company for instant coverage. The report includes a full description, digital images and a plot/mapping of all diamonds over 0.60 carat.
